Giving Five

I am undertaking this effort under the clean elections system. I will collect over 4,400 individual $5 contributions from the voters of Arizona.

Please download and fill out the $5 form. Please put your name and information in both the contributor and solicitor sections of the form. Then, mail the form along with your check (made payable to Goddard for Governor) to:

Who can give?

Any Arizona registered voter

Who is the solicitor?

You are the solicitor for your own form and for others that you solicit when you are collecting them in person. If you email the form to someone else, then that person is their own solicitor in completing the form.

Can I send this to friend?

Yes! We hope you will you can let friends and family know about the fives.

How else can I help?

We are also are circulating petitions for qualifying signatures (signatures are limited to registered Arizona Democrats and Independents). If you can help circulate a petition, send an email to fiveforgoddard@gmail.com and we will send you a petition. There are 15 signatures per page so ask for as many pages as you think you can complete.
